Accommodation

Please note that travel and accommodation is not covered.  We have teamed up once again with MICE Concierge, the trusted concierge service for events, and together we have carefully selected a number of preferred hotels for the event.

MICE Concierge will be helping to ensure you have the best hotel experience possible, that you can stay in hotels close to the event venue and they can also give you access to exclusive accommodation rates as well as airport transfers.

Please do book through the official channel: The concierge service is officially supported by IQPC, you will get the best rates available, and by staying in one of the accredited hotels you will also be with other attendees and will therefore be able to network/socialise more to get the most out of the experience.

Please CLICK HERE to view the Concierge pages.  Alternatively, feel free to call MICE Concierge directly on +44 (0) 1438 908770 or email hello@miceconcierge.com  and the concierge team will be happy to assist.

Please note: IQPC will never recommend, approve or appoint any third party rooming service to act on our behalf.  Please be extremely wary if you are approached by any such companies.  We will always endeavour to negotiate the best available rates for you so please use the HotelMap link provided; this shows live availability and rates for all hotels in the area and allows you to book directly with the hotel of your choice within your budget.
